Apple has released the fourth beta versions of iOS 15.6, iPadOS 15.6, and macOS Monterey 12.5.

The new beta builds for iOS 15 and macOS Monterey are concurrent and separate from the ongoing beta versions of the next generation operating systems, versioned as iOS 16, iPadOS 16, and macOS Ventura 13, which are due out this fall.

No new features or major changes are expected in iOS 15.6, iPadOS 15.6, and macOS Monterey 12.5, and instead it’s likely the versions will focus on bug fixes and security enhancements.

Did you install the iOS 16 beta but now you’re having second thoughts about running it? If you want to downgrade from iOS 16 beta and revert back to a stable iOS 15 build, you can certainly do that.

The method covered here will downgrade an iPhone from iOS 16 back to the latest stable version of iOS 15, however it will erase the iPhone in doing so.
