iOS 12.3 beta likely focuses on bug fixes and feature enhancements, and the beta builds are introducing some changes to the TV app.

iPhone and iPad users enrolled in the beta testing program for iOS can find the update available now from the Settings app Software Update section.

MacOS 10.14.5 also likely focuses on bug fixes and enhancements to Mojave. No major new features or updates are expected.

Mac users running MacOS Mojave beta releases can find macOS 10.14.5 beta 2 available from the Software Update section of System Preferences.

Beta updates to watchOS and tvOS can be downloaded by beta testers through their respective software update mechanism as well.

Apple usually goes through several beta versions before issuing a final version to the general public.

Currently the most recent final builds of Apple system software are iOS 12.2 for iPhone and iPad and macOS Mojave 10.14.4 for Mac, along with tvOS 12.2 for Apple TV and watchOS 5.2 for Apple Watch.
