Mac Setups: Mac Voice Recording Studio
Oct 2, 2010 - 4 Comments
Now here’s an awesome Mac setup: a MacBook Pro, a beautiful iMac, and an external vertically aligned Dell display, plus a bit of voice recording equipment. Ok I admit I don’t know if that’s really a voice recording studio, maybe it’s for podcasts or radio or just making funny noises and emailing them to people. Anyway, a great looking Mac setup. I’m really digging the vertically aligned monitors lately… maybe I’ll get one!

[…] System Preference. This is for using the external monitor in the vertical position as you can see in this Mac setup, this is great for viewing code and page […]
hey, nice set up! I am wondering, when you set your external monitor to vertical how do you control the mouse? Isn’t the orientation off? Are you able to have correct orientation for the horizontal imac and the vertical external at the same time?
cheers,
Julian
Mouse control is fine, as long as you set the orientation as vertical it reorients itself and the mouse works as expected. If you tilted it on it’s side without setting orientation, you would have a problem though.
I’m not sure it’s a voice recording studio either but it is cool. I think it may be for a podcast or video blog. There is no filters on the mikes. Very Very Cool either way.
