How to Change Apple One Subscription Plan

Are you taking advantage of Apple One subscription bundle to save money on Apple’s services? Perhaps, you’re on the trial subscription but you want to switch to a different plan once the trial period expires? In that case, you may be interested in learning how to change your Apple One subscription tier.

Apple One subscription bundle brings together all major Apple services under one monthly payment. Although the bundle helps users save a lot of money in the long run, it’s not for everyone. This is because most people don’t really use all the services in a bundle. Some users may want to downgrade to a cheaper plan whereas others may want to upgrade to the family plan for more savings.

It’s worth noting that the plan change will go into effect only on the renewal date for your current subscription plan. Your payment method will also be charged by Apple on the same date.

Apple One’s value heavily depends on what Apple services you currently use and the plan pricing for your region. For example, you may be subscribed to the Premier plan even though you don’t really use Apple News+ or Apple Fitness+ services. In such cases, downgrading to a plan that fits better for your use case would be a more ideal option.

On the other hand, if you’re only using one or two services that come in the bundle, you may not be getting your money’s worth. In that case, you could just cancel your Apple One subscription and subscribe to the services you use individually.

For what it’s worth, you don’t necessarily need to subscribe to Apple One to save money on Apple’s services. Alternatively, you can opt for the yearly plans that typically let you save around 10-20% as opposed to a monthly subscription. And some users get creative with Apple gift cards and buy them at discounts to use for paying for the services.

What do you think of Apple One subscription? Do you use all the services offered?
